What this site is

This site describes our lead generation service for real estate investors and lets you book an introductory call with us.

Booking a call does not create a contract for services and does not oblige either of us to do business. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and using the site for business purposes. If you book on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that the phone number and email address you provide are yours to give.

Booking a call

Appointment times are offered subject to availability and can be changed or cancelled by either of us. We ask that you give notice if you cannot attend.

We may decline to work with anyone, and we may cancel a booking, at our discretion.

SMS terms

Program name: Home Seller Systems appointment and enquiry messaging.

What we send: if you give us your mobile number, we send a confirmation of the call you booked, reminders before that call, and replies from our team about the enquiry you made. These are conversational and transactional messages relating to your enquiry, not a recurring marketing newsletter.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile phone number in the booking form on this site and submitting it. The form states, at the point of submission, that you agree to be contacted by phone call, text message and email. We do not add numbers obtained any other way, and we never buy or import phone lists.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: you do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us, and you can decline texts and still work with us by phone or email.

Message frequency: frequency varies with your enquiry. In a typical case you will receive one confirmation and up to two reminders per booked call, plus any replies in an ongoing conversation with our team.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

How to stop: reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to stop by emailing or calling us using the details below.

Carriers and delivery: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may not be supported by every carrier or handset.

Age: you must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.

Privacy: your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee, or projection of earnings. Real estate investing carries risk, and results depend on your market, your capital, your team, your follow-up, and factors outside anyone's control.

Any testimonials, screenshots, case studies, or figures shown on this site are the reported experiences of specific clients. They are not typical, not audited by us, and not a representation of what you should expect. Your results may be better, worse, or nothing at all.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including any per-lead price, are indicative, apply to specified services only, and may change at any time before a written agreement is signed. The price that binds us is the one in that agreement.

The text, video, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the site as published. You may not copy, republish, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to submit false or someone else's contact details, to send automated traffic or scrape the site, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the site's operation.

We may block access and cancel bookings where we believe this section has been breached.

Third-party services

This site relies on services operated by other companies, including video hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, scheduling and hosting providers, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

This site is not part of, and is not endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or Google.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, arising out of your use of this site.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this site.
