Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This policy explains what Home Seller Systems ("we", "us") collects when you visit homesellersystems.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

It covers this website only. It does not cover any separate agreement you may later sign with us for paid services.

Information you give us

If you complete the booking form, we collect your company name, your name, your email address, and your phone number. We also record the answers you give to the qualifying questions, such as whether you are interested in off-market seller leads and how many acquisition managers you have.

If you book a call, we record the date and time you chose and your time zone.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the approximate location your IP suggests, the site or ad that referred you, and whether you pressed play on the video.

If you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the link carries a click identifier that we store so we can tell which ad brought you.

How we use your information

To contact you about the call you booked, and to hold that call.

To answer your questions and tell you about our lead generation services.

To measure which ads and pages produce enquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly.

To detect abuse and keep the site working.

Calls, texts and emails

By giving us your phone number and booking a call, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, and email about your enquiry and the services you asked about. Calls may be made using automated dialing technology.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.

Full details of our text messaging program, including what we send and how to stop it, are set out in the SMS Terms section of our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell or share your mobile information

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes, and they are not shared with data brokers, lead buyers, affiliates, or advertising networks.

The only parties that receive your mobile number are the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, listed in the section below. They act on our instructions, are contractually restricted to providing that service to us, and may not use your number for their own purposes.

What we send, how often, and how to stop it are set out in the SMS terms section of our Terms & Conditions.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that run parts of this business for us, and only so they can perform that work:

GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — our customer relationship system. Your contact details, your answers, and your appointment are stored there, and our calls, texts and emails to you are sent through it.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — when you book a call, we tell Meta that a booking happened so we can measure our advertising. Your email, phone number and name are converted into an irreversible code before they are sent, which lets Meta match the booking to an ad click without receiving readable contact details. Your IP address, browser information and the ad click identifier are sent as well.

PostHog — website analytics. It records page views, clicks and form steps. We have configured it not to receive your name, email address or phone number, and not to record your screen.

Wistia — hosts and plays the video on this page and records that a play happened.

Vercel — hosts the website and processes requests to it.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not run a Facebook tracking pixel in your browser. Measurement information is sent from our server instead.

We do store small amounts of data in your own browser: how far you got through the form, so a refresh does not lose your answers; whether you pressed play on the video; the ad click identifier you arrived with; and an anonymous analytics identifier. The form progress is discarded after 24 hours.

Wistia and PostHog may set their own cookies or storage. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, and you can block them, though parts of the site may then stop working properly.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we are doing business with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, and are protected from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

You can opt out of our texts by replying STOP, and out of our emails using the unsubscribe link.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted. Access to our customer records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is safe from interception.

Children

This site is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
